(Serves 4)
7oz of goat cheese (“Crottins de Chavignol” type)
3 apples
Remove the cores from the apples.
Cut the apple and goat cheese into thin slices and put a piece of cheese on top of each piece of apple.
Display on a dish and cook in the oven for about 15 /20 min - (350 °F)
