As soon as the weather as gets warm enough our beehives go back on the roof of the Eiffel Park Hôtel.
Last year’s honey had a slightly minty taste to it, and guests at the hotel get to taste it at breakfast! The Hôtels Paris Rive Gauche group is probably the only set of hotels in the city to offer this delicious Paris honey made by our own bees.
