Paris is a small city, and the Paris city council is currently reducing the space available to cars by creating new bus and cycle lanes. The hope is to increase traffic fluidity and reduce pollution by encouraging people to take public transport or bicycles.
However, despite being a small city and easy to get across without a car, we realise that some people will be obliged to drive here.
Here then is a list of public car parks. You might be interested to know that Vinci car parks (35 around Paris) will now lend you bikes for free if you use their car parks.
