"Trésors de la Peste noire : Erfurt et Colmar" exhibition at the Musee National du Moyen age in Paris till September 3, 2007
"Made up of coins, jewellery and silver tableware, these treasures were buried in 1347-1349. They are a testament to social and religious history as they once belonged to members of the Jewish community, merchants or money changers, persecuted at the time of the ""Great plague"", as well as to the history of priceless art as they are rare examples of the secular silver work of the first half of the 14th century."
