Well, here’s the original shot. If you’ve ever been to Paris you may have recognised this balcony as being at the very top of the Pompidou Centre, a great photo opportunity if ever there was one. It’s right in the centre and has a splendid view over the Paris rooftops.

Unfortunately, entrance to the famous zig-zag escalators is no longer free, but with the National Modern Art Museum and temporary exhibitions to see, this is obviously obligatory for any visitor to the city!
