The Hôtel Ferrandi is to undergo a complete transformation in order to become a luxury hotel.
On the 15th July 2010, the new hotel will open its doors with a new name, a bar, a delicatessen and a spa. For the moment, the theme of the hotel is being kept secret…

To mark the closing of the hotel, a private sale is being organised for the public and press: The private sale will start on 29th June 2009 and finish on 16th July 2009, Monday – Friday, midday – 3pm

To reserve furniture, interested parties must present themselves at the hotel at the above times only.

Having accompanied the stay of the thousands of guests that the hotel has welcome over the last forty years, numerous stylish pieces of furniture (originals and copies of various periods: Louis XIII, Louis XV, Empire, country-style) will be available and on show in various parts of the hotel. Console tables, commodes, tables, wardrobes, chairs and armchairs will all be available for purchase.

There will also be a number of prints and reproductions of drawings and sketches available, with prices starting at 20 euros.

Here are a few of names behind the different prints from the Ferrandi: JP Laurent, Toffoli, Tony Augostini, Lalande, La Giraudière, Denis Paul Noyer, Louise Salomon, Pelthiaux, Baltha.

Important: buyers must pick up their furniture purchases on 16th July.

On that day a special buffet will be provided and a collector’s item from the hotel (crockery inscribed with the Ferrandi name) will be given to each buyer as a souvenir.
