Left Bank

Notre Dame (Square Viviani – Quai de Montebello)

Only open for a few days, this one: Wednesday 16th – Sunday 20th December 2009, 11am – 8pm.

Saint-Germain (Place Saint-Germain-des-Prés)

The most chic? From Saturday 28th November – Thursday 31st December 2009, 10am – 8pm.

Place Saint-Sulpice

Nice setting. Thursday 10th – Thursday 24th December 2009, from 10am – 8pm.

Eiffel Tower (Port de Suffren)

Hoards of tourists guaranteed! From Wednesday 23rd December 2009 – 3rd January 2010.

Montparnasse (Place Raoul Dautry)

Usually with an outdoor ice rink. All of December 2009, from 10.30am – 7.30pm.

Right Bank

Gare de l’Est (parvis)

Alsace style. December 2009, open every day from 8am – 8pm (9am – 7m Sundays)

Champs-Elysées (between rond-point des Champs-Elysées and place de la Concorde)

We’ve mentione this one before (here). From Friday 20th November – Monday 28th December 2009. Open every day. And don’t forget La Maison de l’Alsace at 39 Avenue des Champs-Elysées.

La Maison du Limousin (30 rue de Caumartin)

Market nearest the department stores. All of December, weekdays 9am – 6.30pm, Saturdays midday – 6pm.

Saint-Lazare (Cour de Rome)

Dates and times not yet available, but usually all of December, open every day.

Nation

The only market in the east of the city! From Tuesday 1st – Thursday 24th December. Open every day, 10am – 8pm.

Place des Abbesses

Xmas in Montmartre! Dates and times not yet available, but usually all of December, open every day.

Les Féeries d’Auteuil
The only one to make a real effort, with a rich and varied programme of events on offer. Saturday 5th – Sunday 20th December. Open every day except Mondays from 11am – 7pm.
