Exposition Edvard Munch or the « anti-scream »
at the Pinacothèque from 19th February – 18th July 2010
The artist, famous for a single painting, has his first exhibition in France for 20 years…
It can’t be easy being a famous Norwegian, especially if you’re famous for just one painting. Yet Munch was quite a prolific artist and very well known in his country. This exhibition brings together almost his entire work, around a hundred pieces in all.
If you’d like to learn mor about the man and his art, this is the perfect chance..
The exhibition Edvard Munch ou « l’anti cri » is at the Pinacothèque (here) from 19th February – 18th July 2010. Open every day from 10.30am – 6pm. Last ticket at 5.15pm. On Saturday 1st May and Wenesday 14th July, open from 2 – 6pm.
Late night opening Wednesdays until 9pm (last ticker 8.15pm). Admission: 10 € / 8€
