It’s the most forward -looking of the Paris jazz festivals, with a mix of styles and even a cycle of films for the kids…
Jazz is not dead, it just smells funny! Such is the motto of this ever-interesting festival that spices up its line-up with a zest of hip-hop, nu-style R&B, DJs and a film festival. Jazz is present in so many style of music nowadays, and Jazz à la Villette is proud to show it. If only the other festival could be so open-minded!
