As usual, the RATP which runs the Paris bus and underground system is helping you to get home safely this evening by making all public transport free for 31st December, with a reduced service all night long.

Here’s all the info.

Starting from 5pm today, you won’t need to pay to take public transport in Paris, and it remains free until midday 1st January 2016. Normal service is provided until around 2.15am, followed by a reduced service all night long – only certain stations will be open.

Close to our hotels, Luxembourg and Montparnasse will be open. You’ll be able to get home without problem, and for free!
