Our favourite things

One of the best moments of Open House weekend 2016 was being able to visit the greenhouses in the Jardin du Luxembourg, just minutes from our hotels, which opened specially to show off the thousands of plants they cultivate for the gardens and the Senate. Oh, and there’s also their collection of orchids that was started in 1838!

With 2,000m² of greenhouses and 1,600m² of growing space, the gardeners of the Jardin du Luxembourg really seem to enjoy themselves.

If you thought the floral arrangements in the gardens were lovely, you should see what they get up in the private area that’s only open for Open House weekend. There are flowers everywhere!
