Originally from Lyon, like Madame Récamier, I studied to become a Head Housekeeper, a profession that I love, sometimes overlooked but crucial to the proper running of a hotel.
I was lucky enough to start my career in one the most prestigious luxury hotels in Paris, the Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme. It’s there that I learned the importance of being meticulous and demanding, having an eye for detail and understanding that guests should never be told a flat ‘no’.
Next, I took part in the opening of the famous Hôtel Molitor (5*) as the evening housekeeper, before becoming assistant head of overall housekeeping of the cosy and beautiful Hôtel Marignan (5*).
Looking for a new challenge, I have been incredibly privileged to become Head of Housekeeping at la Belle Juliette, a very special establishment whose charm immediately appealed to me. Its beauty and story make it an exceptional place that other five stars hotels should look out for.
It’s a great place to work, which is important to me.
I’m proud that my contribution helps forge the reputation of la Belle Juliette. It’s a wonderful experience.
