‘The Big Pantheon Library’
20th & 21st May 2017

Being held for the first time at the Panthéon, opposite the Hôtel des Grands Hommes and the Hôtel les Dames du Panthéon – the Grande Bibliothèque du Panthéon is a way for you to get free entrance to the monument this weekend, and help a charity by donating a book or two. Or three…

Here’s all the info.

Organised by Libraries Without Borders, la Grande Bibliothèque du Panthéon reminds us how access to reading, information and culture – in all its forms – should be a priority when helping those in need of help, both in France and around the world.

Throughout this coming weekend, you are thus invited to take part in a vast collection of books that will help build libraries in shelters runs by the Samu Social in the Paris area.

If you arrive at the Pantheon with a book (or even several) you’ll get free entrance, an the place is well worth it (as we showed you in our blog article last summer).
La Grande Bibliothèque du Panthéon le 20 & 21 mai 2017Talks and discussions await you too, as well as two Ideas Boxes designed by Philippe Starck that should spark kids’ imaginations.

La Grande Bibliothèque du Panthéon is at the Panthéon (here) on 20th & 21st May 2017
