My adventure in the world of well-being started 12 years ago inLa Rochelle, my hometown. I studied there and went on to acquire a great deal of experience in various luxury beauty salons in the town before becoming a Spa Practician at the Thalassotherapy centre of Saint-Trojan-les-Bains, which is on the island of Oléron.

In search of new challenges, I moved to Paris, where I was lucky enough to become part of the team of the Hotel & Spa la Belle Juliette, as Spa practician and manager.

I love the world of luxury spas because we can bring relaxation and a feeling of intense well-being to our clients every day. As I adore the different face treatments possible with our prestigious cosmetics brand Maria Galland, and the body massages, it seemed perfectly natural for me to work and expand my skills in ans establishment with this concept.

Here are five addresses chosen by Ninon, her favourite places around the hotel.

They are the Bon Marché department store and its Grande Épicerie food hall, a restaurant called La Lancetta, a cake shop called La Meringaie which is specialised in meringues and the famous jardin du Luxembourg.
