A leafy space in the heart of the capital

The Hotel & Spa la Belle Juliette has its own secret garden a summer bar that extends out onto one of Paris’ most charming terraces.

For the past three years, Victor Delpierre has devised the cocktail menu for the Clos Belle Juliette, the chic snacking bar of the Hotel & Spa la Belle Juliette.

A well-known barrista, he also won the prize for ‘Best Mojito Paris’ in 2011.

To make his four new creations – T. Mojito, Mojito Italiano, Dentelle Exquise Mojito and Sparkling Mojito – inspired by the famous drink, Victor Delpierre used Baristéa, a range of specially-infused rums that won the gold medal for innovation at Top Rum 2017.

Flora Mikula, the French head chef crowned ‘Chef of the year’ in 2009 by restaurant guide le Pudlo, has devised the Italian-inspired menu of the Belle Juliette for several years now. It includes antipastis, focaccias, pasta dishes and risottos.
