Amandine Ferret, head housekeeper at the Hotel les Dames du Panthéon tell us how she came to work at the hotel…

After finishing my studies in the hotel and restaurant trade, and a couple of initial experiences in housekeeping at the Hotel Le Sénat and the Demeure du Parc in Fontainebleau, I joined the team at the Hotel Les Dames du Panthéon. That was nearly three years ago, and I’m still really happy and proud to work in this magnificent establishment, in this great neighbourhood.
