As one of the most prestigeous places in Paris, the Carrousel du Louvre invited this year 10 contemporary artists to collaborate on the winter celebrations.
Each artist chosen by the curator, the Magda Danysz Gallery, has designed some wrapping paper. The show presents these creations on gigantic presents that are displayed in the Carrousel du Louvre.
This unforgettable experience is aimed at both adults and children. In addition, by making it possible for the artists to express themselves in such a way the organisers hope that the public's appreciation of contemporary art will grow from this experience.
Artists invited : Gary Baseman, Dalek, Shepard Fairey, P.Nicolas Ledoux, Lotie, Marion Peck, Mark Ryden, Space Invader, Icon Tada, Ultralab.
