Mr Delanoe introduced this event which will occur from June 27 to July 11. We had also the opportunity to listen to the new president of this edition, Charlotte Rampling and to see another famous actress: Rossy De Palma.


In just three years, this festival has become a landmark event of the early summer in Paris. For its 4th edition, Paris Cinéma wishes to reach out to all audiences by offering a high-quality selection of works aimed at all kinds of audiences (children, cinema-lovers, English-speaking tourists, etc.) with an affordable entry price of 4 €. The festival will be present in every Paris neighbourhood.

For this new edition, Paris Cinéma offers once again an eclectic and punchy programme (over 400 films) with highlights featuring extremely popular guests, a large variety of films and unconventional formats of events designed for the various audiences: screenings in movie-theatres, free open-air events, a summer university dedicated to cinema, “cine-concerts”, strolls, areas equipped with interactive, film-related video games, etc. THEY WILL BE PRESENT: CLAUDE CHABROL, CYD CHARISSE, ROSSY DE PALMA, IM SANG-SOO, PETER FONDA, MARYLINE CANTO… AND ALSO : MICHEL GONDRY, MIOU MIOU, AGNÈS VARDA, DARIO ARGENTO, GRÉGOIRE SOLOTAREFF, ALEX CHAN, ELISABETH TAVERNIER, BRUNO COULAIS…
