Our bees are really workaholic, always searching pollen and nectar. They work all the day long to make some tasty honey, which enables their survival during the winter. We will collect the Hôtels Paris Rive Gauche honey in September. We can’t collect this honey before. We have to wait in order to have some sugary and concentrate honey.
Last time, when we saw some honey escaping from some cells of honeycomb, we couldn’t refrain from tasting it. It was delicious… We are looking forward to collecting it.

Our greediness will be increased by this waiting!!!
