Well, it's cheating really.

In fact, at the Charléty Stadium in the south of Paris, every year they have a winter sports week for kids... with real snow! It goes by the slightly twee name of Charléty-sur-Neige, and your young'uns will be able to ski, see huskies, have snowball fights, use sledges, walk with snowshoes... plus there's a climbing wall, trampolines, roundabouts and, er, Wii game consoles. Definitely fun for the kids if you're in Paris that week.
