Project? Hoax? Audacious fact just a little difficult to believe? A lot of sites have been going on about the (alleged) new addition to the Eiffel Tower - Eiffel DNA - as if it were confirmed, built, in place and shining already. Whoa! After a closer look, even the architects' site talks about a 'project', there's no word of it in the newspapers and the official Eiffel Tower site doesn't even mention it.

So, let's just say that it's a kinda cool project that would make the Eiffel Tower look very strange for a while, and it would be fun to see it come true. After a pyramid in the courtyard of the Louvre and a Pompidou Centre covered in pipes, nothing's impossible in Paris...
