It's a long street in the heart of Saint Germain, it's where our new Hotel Ferrandi is situated, and neither you or I know it very well for the moment (well, I don't), so we decided to walk down it - yes, all of it! - to give you an idea of the charming shops you'll find there.

découvrir la rue du Cherche-Midi
C'est une longue rue au coeur de Saint Germain, où se trouve notre nouvel Hotel Ferrandi, et vous ne la connaissez sûrement pas très bien (moi non plus). Nous avons donc décidé de marcher le long de la rue - et elle est assez longue ! - pour vous donner une idée de la diversité des établissements que vous y trouverez.

There are lots of great-looking restaurants down rue du Cherche-Midi, but this one caught our attention with their ad for patisserie classes and held our attention with their rather delicious food...

Il y a beaucoup de restaurants qui ont l'air intéressants rue du Cherche-Midi mais nous avons été attirés par un petit restaurant-salon de thé dont la carte avait l'air très alléchante et qui propose des cours de patisserie.
