The 3rd February at 2pm, Hôtel des Grands Hommes

He welcomes me, is courteously at my service.
I watch him with all the excitement and worry of a first meeting,
checking out his every last detail.
I measure him up, compare him, try and find my marks.
I undress, caress each of his folds so as so appreciate every tiny part of him.
I look for a point of equilibrium between him and me.
A fleeting moment when the doubt disappears.
The time it takes for a photo, I live here, I’m at home.
