Our first newsletter of 2007!

We hope to be able to welcome you to one of our hotels this year, so you can make the best of all the things that we discover and try to share with you through our blog and newsletter!

For January we have a restaurant where you are best off reserving months in advance, a cooking lesson (at someone's apartment), and our photographer who spent a night at the Jardin de l'Odéon hotel...

We wanted to try out Emmanuelle Cuchet's cooking classes before deciding whether our guests would be interested. An all-in package that includes buying, cooking and eating the food, Emmanuelle turned our group into master chefs in just a few hours!
