The holidays are over and there’s lots going on at the Hôtels Paris Rive Gauche group:
Renovation of the Hôtel Design Sorbonne is 100% completed, the new Prestige rooms at the Hôtel Jardin de l'Odéon are enjoying some well-deserved success, the Hôtel des Grands Hommes and Hôtel du Panthéon continue their ascension of TripAdvisor’s list of Paris’ loveliest hotels, renovation of the old Hôtel Ferrandi has started, and we’re getting ready for the 2009 prize giving ceremony and private showing of our photo project “A Hotel Photo, An Artist’s View” which is on 28th September at the Théâtre de l'Odéon. For this latest newsletter we have our photographer of the month who stayed at the Hôtel Design Sorbonne, a patisserie-tasting session with some of Pierre Hermé’s finest creations (and some eager volunteers from the HPRG group) and the first details of how we’re transforming the old Hôtel Ferrandi. Looking forward to seeing you!
Pierre Hermé’s mille-feuilles
Star pastry chef Pierre Hermé has some delectable limited edition creations out this month, and we couldn’t resist asking some of our team to help test and rate them...
Dana Cojbuc at the Hotel Design Sorbonne
Dana Cojbuc's photo makes me think of an enigma that I just can't solve. How about you?
Anne Gelbard redesigns the Hôtel Ferrandi
It used to be the Hôtel Ferrandi, but before long it will be back with a new name thanks to the collaboration between owner Corinne Moncelli and interior designer Anne Gelbard.
