Newsletter July 2009
Our new-style newsletter is in a summery mood, even if the weather doesn't seem to agree!
A taste of the holidays for the newsletter-lite this month, but we still have a number of things we've discovered and would like to share with you! For example, an excellent restaurant with all the elements we love for a meal out, this month's photographer who seems to be reliving her childhood, and a homage to the Hôtel Ferrandi Saint Germain that we closed this week (read the article to find out why!). As ever, we hope that you'll be inspired to come and see us soon at one of our four lovely hotels!
Restaurant La Bouche in the 20th arrondissement

We were really pleased to discover this sweet restaurant off the beaten track in a northern area of Paris called Ménilmontant.
Stephanie Rolland

If you see how calm the chambermaid remains when she comes across Stéphanie Rolland reliving her childhood days, imagine all the other curious scenes that our staff must encounter during their daily work...
Closing the Hôtel Ferrandi Saint Germain

A homage to the Hôtel Ferrandi Saint Germain which closed this week, ready for a total transformation that will take quite some time. We tell you more about the project with a special photo report by JasonW.
