The secret garden at the Hotel & Spa la Belle Juliette – a haven of greenery in the heart of the city
Every year in May, the Hotel & Spa la Belle Juliette opens its terrace and hidden garden.
The Clos Belle Juliette has a summer bar that continues into one of Paris’ most charming terraces, the perfect place for a delicious cocktail or some chic snacking far from the hubbub of the city.
For the last five year, this very special place, lush and relaxing, offers visitors a list of cocktails imagined by Victor Delpierre.
Victor, a famous mixologist whose mojito was voted the best in Paris in 2011, makes his creations using the Baristea range of rums.
Baristea was awarded the 2017 Top Rum innovation prize for its unique mix of rum with coffee, tea or herbal tea.
Flora Mikula, a French chef named “Chef of the year” in 2009 (by the Pudlo guide), has been behind the Italian-influenced menu at the Clos Belle Juliette for several years now.
Her selections include antipasti, a variety of focaccias, delicious salads and inventive pasta.
This green space in the heart of Paris is open weekdays from 4pm-midnight, and Sundays (bar service only) from 2-9pm.
