The Fnac Live Festival at Hôtel de Ville, 3rd, 4th & 5th July 2019

The free Fnac Live festival – one of the biggest free summer music festivals – is back with two stages and concerts by upcoming and confirmed French stars including Anna Calvi, Étienne de Crécy, Stephan Eicher, Agoria live, and around twenty more!

Here’s your chance to catch up on some of the most interesting French groups around at the moment – the Fnac Live festival. Every year, just before Paris Plages, it fills the square in front of Hôtel de Ville, with seven free concerts every night, two of which are quick sets by artists that even the French probably haven’t heard of.

Doors open at 5pm, and the first hour each night is a playlist of music curated by a different label ([PIAS], Talitres & Nowadays. More details in French here).

Another, more intimate, stage inside the Hôtel de Ville building (the scène du salon) is also free, but you’ll have to go and pick up your invites (two maximum per person) at a Paris Fnac store. Be warned that they’ll be snapped up pretty quickly.

Here’s the full line-up of the festival…

Also, for security reasons there’s only one entrance to the event, and some articles are not allowed inside…
