‘A Night in the Pantheon’, 4th December 2019 – 29th January 2020

La Nuit au Panthéon is back for its fourth season, which lasts just seven nights! It’s your chance to gain access to this incredible building after dark, once everyone else has left, and explore using just a flashlight – a unique experience!

And this year, the visit is accompanied by music – could be BerliozArcade Fire, Jacques Brel

The time has come to book your tickets (here) for one of seven very special evenings at the Pantheon (the monument, not the hotel).

For the 2019/2020 season you will first be given a flashlight and a quiz before entering the pitch dark crypt to discover the links between music and the Grands Hommes and Dames who have found their final resting place there.

Then, you’ll be given a pair of headphones, and in the dimly-lit nave you can freely roam and admire the various areas, each with its own musical accompaniment – French rock, classical music, electronica…

Sounds like a blast!

The visit takes 90 minutes, and just before the end you’ll be treated to a free cup of tea, courtesy of la Route du Thé (which also has two boutiques not far from our hotels).

One last piece of advice – don’t forget to dress up well. It’s cold in the Pantheon at night!

La Nuit au Panthéon is happening at the Pantheon (here) every Wednesdays evening from 4th December 2019 – 29th January 2020, except 25th December and 1st January

Admission: 12€ (book here)
