A nice recipe Pan con Tomate (Bread with Tomato ) to eat with the ham or the “tortilla de patata” (omelette with potatoes) :
Cut bread in the thick slices. Rub with fresh tomato, dip in olive and add salt. Put thick slices of ham or omelette on top of bread. Serve in dish garnished with thick chunks of tomato
