Salon Planète Durable – Paris’ first sustainable development trade fair open to the public

Seems like the planet is going eco crazy! It’s probably about time too. This trade faire hopes to bring a whole new meaning to ‘live and let live’…
Hotel Paris

Planète Durable is your chance to prove that you think before you buy. During the four-day trade faire you’ll be able to find out about the latest ecotrends, see the latest technology, understand (finally!) the difference between organic, ethical and fair trade, get information about eco-friendly travel…

There will also be a number of debates and conferences to inform you, with 1-hour in-depth treatments as well as shorter modules between 15 and 45 minutes to present ‘the good idea of the day’ or some expert advice, plus other events such as the (world exclusive!) “green dancefloor”, which harnesses the energy of the dancers to light the spotlights (!), an eco-house to visit, a special display of designer eco-furniture, the chance to try out an electrically-assisted bicycle or the new hybrid Twingo, a new swimming pool that doesn’t need any products to keep it clean, and a whole lot more…
