Founded in 1991, this Festival has now become a major event in the Paris calendar, with numerous special screenings, guest appearances and events. Many of the filmmakers, scientists or explorers attend so that the public can meet and talk with them.

Highlights this year include special premieres of Appleseed: Ex Machina, 3 films in 3D (Dolphins & Whales 3D, Ocean Wonderland and Sharks 3D), a special unique screening of Arctic Tale, a documentary about polar bears, and an opening gala night screening of Journey to the North Pole, filmed during two years of exploration. The screening will be your opportunity to meet the filmmakers and explorers involved in the project.
