The “Canal en Fête” festival lasts just one day, but it’s great fun in a lovely setting…

In Paris this weekend and at a loose end Sunday? The Canal en Fête is a day’s festival held along the picturesque Canal Saint Martin, and includes:

– a huge brocante/vide-grenier (rummage sale)
– live concerts
– DJs
– puppet show for the kiddies
– street theatre
– bomb-making lessons (just checking you were paying attention).

It’s from 10am – 7pm along both sides of the canal between République and Jaurès (see map below) and of course it’s FREE! See you there 🙂
