Latences – a collective exhibition from 12th – 21st February 2009 at the Frédéric Moisan gallery

Organised by Fêt’Art, the association that helps us with our “A Hotel Photo, An Artist’s View” exhibition each year, the exhibition questions the links that Man has with dreams and the prolongation of the unconscious. Can we trust our perception? (I bet the answer is ‘no’)…

The Fêt’Art association has a pretty good eye for interesting photographers, and this is your chance to see six of them (well actually two of them work together, so it’s technically five of them!)

The above photo is by Guillaume Amat whose strangely foggy shots have interested us for a while. You may be seeing more of him sooner than you think…

Didier Chevalot will be showing empty metal and urban landscapes…

Julien Taylor reinvents perspectives…

Lucie & Simon show some strange, still scenes…

…and Xavier Damon just loves his ‘abstract colour’.

Great stuff, I hope you’ll agree. If so, go see the exhibition! Better still, come to the grand opening on 12th February, starting 6pm at the Galerie Frédéric Moisan, 72 rue Mazarine 75006 Paris. If you can’t make it that night, the exhibition runs Tuesday to Saturday, 11am – 6pm until 21st February 2009.
