The 2012 Techno Parade in Paris
Saturday 15th September

Supported by techno king Agoria, with Morocco as guest country, a cultural week of events as a warm up, a huge parade with massive speakers and dozens of club nights on Saturday 15th September, Paris will be really buzzing for the 2012 Techno Parade!

Here’s all the info…

After Gay Pride, this is the noisiest, most joyful street festival of the year in Paris, with hundreds of thousands of clubbers dancing behind a long trail of lorries pumping up techno and house sounds for a huge, open-air party!

This year, the parade starts at Place de la Nation at midday (or more likely 1pm) and continues sothwest to place d’Italie. It’s not a very central route unfortunately, probably because of the remodelling going on at the Place de la République.

To continue dancing late into the night and following morning, the official club night, Renew, is taking place at the Grande Halle de la Villette and at the Showcase, with Dave Clarke, Booka Shade and loads of other DJs.

But there’s a lot more happening than just that…

Todd Terje will be at the Social Club, Cosmo Vitelli invites Richard Sen to la Java, and Derrick May will be at the huge night called  Weather, taking place just outside the city limits in Asnières. Great music for all tastes!
