On Tuesday 24th May the teams who work at our collection of hotels got together to celebrate our talents of tomorrow, the trainees and students learning with us while they work.

With 20 people present at the Hotel Baume, an early evening drink was organised from 6-8pm, with tutors and trainees present from the Université of Cergy, EPMTTH (École de Paris des Métiers de la Table, du Tourisme et de l’Hôtellerie), the Lycée Guillaume Tirel, the Institut Escoffier île Maurice, the École CFA Trajectoire and UTEC.

This time spent together aimed to help cohesion within the teams, make sure the trainees feel completely integrated in the collection of hotels and make sure they understand our values.

During the evening, information was given about the career paths of the tutors in the HPRG collection, and there was a visit of the Hotel Baume where the event was being held for the first time. The students were able to talk to each other, as well as the managers of the various hotels, about their training, projects fro the upcoming months and their motivation for joining the hotel trade.

These after-work meet-ups will be organised every six months to help our work experience trainees – the talents of tomorrow – feel welcome in the collection. 🙂
