The restaurant of the Hotel & Spa la Belle Juliette – the Clos Belle Juliette – is hosting a special night featuring a host of interesting and innovative tapas devised by chefs Flora Mikula and Vincent Moreau!

Please join us for a very special evening on Thursday 11th April 2024, marking the beginning of the spring / summer season at the restaurant of the Hotel & Spa la Belle Juliette, the Clos Belle Juliette!

Chefs and ambassadors of the association Tellement Sud Flora Mikula and Vincent Moreau (the latter is the renowned chef of the Papy Moïse restaurant in Aigues Mortes near Montpellier) are offering a number of specially-created tapas dishes accompanied by a glass of Campuget wine.

The evening’s creations all feature traditional, authentic products from the south of France, with oysters from Maison Tarbouriech, fresh fish from Côté Fish, cod ‘brandade’ by “La Nîmoise“, and more by Bermond Nutrition and the Château de Campuget.

We can’t wait to see what Flora and Vincent will dream up with these great ingredients!
