Eighteen artists from the arab world and its diasporas show us their vision of the future – utopia or dystopia – in the new exhibition ARABOFUTURS – Science-fiction et nouveaux imaginaires super close to our hotels at the Arab World Institute.

Get ready to voyage through time and space with this new exhibition at the Arab World Institute.

Designed to mimic a space rocket, the path through the exhibition progressively takes visitors further and further away from our world to future worlds that are increasingly more unreal and alternative, with works in various media: photos, paintings, installations, sculptures, videos…

The eighteen artists explore what could lie in wait for us during the decades to come. Perhpas aliens will finally visit us? Or we’ll go to meet them? What will Earth look like in the future? Will technology save us, or destroy us?

Related to the exhibition, you might be interested in:
