The UpsideDown Christmas Tree and Moving Labyrinth at the Eiffel Tower in Paris during winter 2006/2007

After the ice skating on the first floor of the Eiffel Tower, this winter, the Eiffel Tower has new installation in store.

Upside-Down Christmas Tree
One immense cone-shaped light – 20 meters high – is to be suspended between the 2nd and first floors of the Eiffel Tower. This brightly shining, symbolic Christmas tree will be attached at the bottom so that the top hangs down.

The Magic, Moving Labyrinth on the First Floor
The first level of the Eiffel Tower is going to welcome an interactive labyrinth for the amusement of all. Meandering in and out of a “forest” of pine trees spread out over 80 meters (262 feet), playful lighting and audible sounds such as walking in the snow or breaking branches will follow the visitors, with comic guests circulating and surprising each one all along their magical promenade.
