The jury for PHPA 2014 met up yesterday at the Galerie Esther Woerdehoff and calmly perused the 12 photos eligible for our grand prize this year.

And their choice has been made! You’ll be able to find out tomorrow which photo has won, but until then here are a few shots of the studious deliberations…

Just to remind you, the jury is made up of Ericka Weidmann, L’Œil de la Photographie, Marion Hislen, Circulation(s), Marion Liard, blog Photo de la Mairie de Paris, Frédérique Founès, Signatures, Manu Blondiau, Alt Editions, neutre.be, Caroline Stein, Central Dupon Images, Guillaume Morel, art historian, Esther Woerdehoff, Wilfrid Estève, Hans Lucas, Julie Corteville, Musée français de la photographie, Delphine Piovant-Lapierre, Label Image, Corinne and Pascal Moncelli, HPRG and Alain Bisotti, PHPA.

Each member said a few words to defend the photos they liked before voting commenced

The result will be announced tomorrow here on the blog
